Analysis of MOOC Quality Requirements for Landscape Architecture Based on the KANO Model in the Context of the COVID-19 Epidemic

COVID-19 has had a severe impact on higher education worldwide, and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have become the best solution to reduce of student learning. In order improve quality MOOCs for Landscape Architecture, it is essential fully understand psychological needs students learning online. A total 119 undergraduates postgraduates majoring in landscape architecture were selected as research subjects, 18 indicators falling into 5 functions, including course organization, resources, environment, experience, support screened. Questionnaires based KANO model prepared at wjx.cn investigation through WeChat. Attributes classified according traditional Better-Worse coefficients. The showed that classification results model, 17 attractive factor rest must-be factor. After reclassification using coefficients, 4 factors, 6 one-dimensional indifferent factors. Compared coefficients better element discrimination.
